An dyou know the ironic part? I got the last chopper's hat in level 2 (the level with the nightmare key door)

I just had an awesome game, had 10 lives at lvl 40 (3 CRISTAL's + 2 point threshhold lives - 1 death )! Managed to break the 1.5 million mark

Coin I suggest you go in parallel 43. If you can manage through 42 without dying (losing only 1 life) then you will manage better in 43 if you are a bit careful. There are more levels, therefore more items, letters and points, if you are a bit lucky (and can kick bombs up) you can get 3 big crystals (or 2 if you can't kick them ) and there's also this at the bottom. You also go in 43 and get out in 44. It just can't get any better

Actually, for me, it could: Being able to appear in level 45, not 44.
I occasionaly still have trouble there.

GREAT GAME...
Got again to level 73... (almost beated it, but had 1 last life again...), had 4 lives on 70!!! same on 72 - 4 lives - but tried to fall from right side - 3 lives lost!
But 5th 70's statue, 2 dark chocolates, 1 cheese, a few more coeff. 3s including 2 so I unblocked it!
And also new hi-score of ~1,109,000!
I started good, then was REALLY bad on the 40s, and so-so in the 50s and 60s, but somehow had so many lives on 70 and 72...
If not the fall on the right side of 72 , NEVER gonna do it again!
