You have to go to the right as you fall. There is a hole in the wall. Hit this hole, then jump to the left side of the tunnel in which you would fall down. You need a bomb to land there.
Then you can jump up and put a bomb on the stone, destroy it and get the gamepad-thing. The rest is easy
