I#m not "old", but I was already in the HOF when we got the parallel dimensions... I found the Sandy items

and maybe they don't have any Sandy items, because they aren't playing any more...

Maybe you just have bad luck. I mean, the more quests you solved, the more different items appear for you. Could it be that you're just unlucky? How many games did you make since the parallel dimensions are out?

But I have to admit, it might be a bug. The quest is still named "unknown" after all, maybe some trigger is set wrong and another quest already kinda completed the sandy item quest?

In last two weeks I played about 100 games. So I don't think there is bad luck. It's a bug. But nobody answer me

Hmm, if you really played that much games it's really off that you haven't got any of these items... must be a bug. Have patience, sooner or later someone will answer. Even though it's a very bad "support" if you keep the players waiting for several days... oh well, there was a weekend and everything, I guess today or tomorrow you'll get an answer from the support team.

the reason all of the players you mentioned don't have any of the items is because they haven't been playing for a while, and since the items came with the update, which was just a few weeks ago...

But that still doesn't explain why he can't find those items.

probably this is just because you have a LOT of quests and so you can find a lot of different low level items.

I started finding Sandy's items only on the latest few games..

I think that Goronhead got right. I played too many games. In that time I had 3 money bag (*2 all points)! but anyone sandy item. In my opinion is a bug. But can anybody do something with it?

Nobody answer my email.
