I poster some time ago about what to do when Tuber becomes just a normal fruit.

Then I remembered that some players talk about Item run, score run, Co5 run, naked run...

What are these runs?
I mean, it's like the guy from french server that almost finished the game?

item run = co5 run (it can't be different )
score run - to do best score
naked run - to got the least score

I'm not sure with the least one but for me it has sense

How many PDs I should enter?

Try unblock c0 items for now. (gamepads, keys and Tuber's staff). Maybe is the best for the beginning because you will unblock it and Tuber's staff at the same time.
