It is only possible in Unstable Explosive Mode. You have to get snow bomb to unblock it. It is the hardest to get c0.

Oh, very easy :) You got 77 or 79 on a level before 116 in PD51, and then on 52 level you got 77 or 79 :P

you forget about the spikes that are usually there;)
i think you picked up the last letter, making the spikes dissapear, then you went down and the strawberry appeared which you then bombed up:)
