Yea, it seems like , and also appear in other MotionTwin games. The PiouPiou of course is in a lot of games, too, but I didn't know about Dalek yet. I wonder if there are even more items hidden in other games

No, nothing is faked.
I'll list all the things I did:
1. My brother unblocked Big Unemployment on his account.
2. I log in on my account on the same computer.
3. I go back to the "Game over"-page.

It will still show all the quests my brother completed or advanced and the items he unblocked, but it will show my quest progress.
So my brother advanced in the Eco Terrorist Pony quest because he got his 10th Big Unemployment, but because I am on my account, it shows that I have 3 Tuber's Bags and only 2 Big Unemployments.
I hope that was understandable
