It isn't rare, it's coef-3 ... he's already unblocked it (and so have you !). Truthfully, if you're choosing one over the other, it's a matter of personal preference. I would choose the "S," because there's a greater chance that you'll get one less (and thus be one life short) if you don't pick it up, than that the 90k will make the difference of reaching the next life checkpoint. Does that make sense ?

But if your planing to beat tuber, that 90k might come in handy instead of the 20k that you get from your lives

Not only you. For this item to appear you need to finish your Hammerfest Feast quest first.
