Another one... quite nice until that moment. But I lost 5 lives in level 88, then conceded (only two lives left and not enough fun anymore

No, I mean green shells, it's in the mario party family (the only item in that family I believe)

From what I can tell, it allows you to jump on top of enemies and kill them, though I've yet to actually attempt that when I get one.
