Do you think that when you play Nightmare mode you get more better items? I have played it 3 times and I haven't paid attention to the first game, but for the last 2 games I got money bag 3 times and lots of 20+ items. I also got the Giant snowflake which is one of the rarest items (like the money bag). So instead of getting 1 rare item per 3-4 games I got 2 per game in the two Nightmare mode games. Do you think it is like that or it is just luck?

I don't know, but I hope that's the case...I'm at the point now where to get any further in quests, I need pretty rare items (the bowl of something for Hammerfest Feast, the stapler for Paperwork, etc.)

I'm finding that I haven't progressed in ANYTHING for ages, simply because I keep getting those dang vegetables!

is difficult, but good in the end... The only levels I found up to now in which it is a real disadvantage are 43, 55.1 and maybe 70
