How do those of us who aren't in teams yet supposed to join international teams with .es and/or .fr players?

since joekickass didnt play at all this week can we sub joe for piet and masterkacper. its 21.255032, which is 5 k over but some frenchies are at like 21.3. well keep the same team but i dont want joe to not play at all next week

hahahaha I purposely haven't been playing much except for item runs, because I didn't want to get a higher score that would boot me out of a team. I'm saving up my best games for the tournament.
