Btw: Do you know which items are the last three "basic items" missing for me? I know 116

is one of the last four, and I think Igor's nose and Tuber's cloak are two more. But what is the last one?

The cloak, the jewel and the carrot are the three rarest things in that category. But not even the Twinpedia knows the 16th item of the basic items family...

It's the Purple Orb.

There is still one unknown object...

This surprises you guys? There are still 3 items cadomax knows about, but have no confirmation on how to get them....which means there are still things the french guys have yet to discover and probably still discuss as well.

Could be the item for the beta testers, or people who have gotten to level 114+, 10 times?

We think this item doesn't exist yet in adventure mode. So nobody can have it in his fridge.
