Didn't you mean to say:

Banned because I don't understand for what you agree with him
(That means you don't understand why lann agrees with what mcsm said. I think you meant this, because mcsm posted first, and lann said he agrees.)

means you don't understand why mcsm agrees with what lann said.

Actually John, mcsm was the one who was doing the agreeing, made clear when lann said

Banned for agreeing with me.

So we can assume that when bully said "you", we can infer that he was addressing lann, and when he said "he", we can assume that "he" means mcsm. To summarize, mcsm agrees with lann about something or other, and bully does not know what that something or other is.
