HOLY CRAP THAT TOOK SO FREAKING LONG!!!

Now I just have to find the Wine Key (hopefully within the next five or so games) and take one trip to PD 33, and I will have completed EVERY QUEST IN THE ENTIRE GAME!

After I get/unblock the Sony controller, I'll have Tornado mode unlocked, and then the only thing left to do is to try and beat the game with all five modes (ninja, nightmare, bomb expert, tornado, and mirror) on at the same time.

Maybe the problem you mentioned here was the game's way of preparing to give you your second Evil Liquor.
