The problem with that is most of the keys end in Y, but I can only think of one item that begins with Y. A similar problem exists with everything that's "on a stick." That'll make the game get stale pretty quick.

However, if I can respond to your "emerald mushroom" with Master the game can stay fresh and keep moving.
