10 lives and venting

Can you get 10 lives? I've gotten to 9 lives on a few occasions, but never to 10.

I almost got to 10 on my last game, but then i got killed by a lemon (THREE TIMES BY THE SAME LEMON!) and then later i hit back on accident so i lost a Gon Ga Jora, a bunch of robots, and the joystick.

Sure. I get about 13 in a normal run. My record is something like 15 and i think Zax said something about 20 lifes...
Oh, and the Gon Ga Jora is a very rare item. If you are not a lucky guy you won't see it again for at least a month or even much longer.

My best score is 18 lives in nightmare mode before hell

But this is crazy how fast fireball comes

How does it show the lives after 9?

And the last time this happened i lost the old rusty key, but i found that again two games later, so i dunno.

It is still 8 lives with one +. You just have to count them.

Well, i got the joystick, but i didn't know how to get the jewel, so i lost it.

Oh well, i looked at the level and figured it out, so i'll get it next time!

I regularly get up to 10. As Tom Jones would say, It's Not Unusual.

It's a bad game if I have 7 or less. 'Course, I lose'em all once I enter the 80's...
