unknown quest??

hi there. :)

i've been playing hammerfest a pretty long time now and got a lot of quests. but there is a problem.

i just got all the quest items for a quest but the quest name is unknown. and also the effect is unknown. can anyone tell me what the effect is??

the items are a 1221 1222 1223 1224

quest name is unknown, because it hasn't been translated yet.
