The items you mentioned are mainly Coeff. 5 or 6. That should be the main reason why you didn't find them yet

I got the blue clam thing (almond laxative) in the french server, and it's in the MT delights family,so I'm not sure if you even need to complete a quest to get it.

I yould bet the muffin to be in the cake boy family, and the Truffle and the 57k-Egg in "Exotic"
