I've spent a total of about $25 on this game, and I have over 100 now. The fact that I'm getting 12 games per week just means I don't have to pay anymore with how often I play (maybe once every 2-3 days).
I was just saying it really depends on what you're going for because you will have to choose eventually. I always tell myself that I'm gonna just try to reach the end, but I always end up doing something that jeopardizes that for rare items. I just feel like I'll have a bigger sense of accomplishment if I just finish the end. Someday...
Well, if you beat the game twice you can disguise yourself as Tuber. Not only that, but you get an extra mode of play, so it actually is worth it to beat him.
Hammerfest King Effect: "You finished the game! Your perseverance and tenacity permitted you to defeat the evil Tuber and to recover Igor's nose. From now on you'll have an extra life and you'll play with the carrot!"
Tuber's successor Effect: "It seems like Igor has... changed. His look has become cool. He hides behind a great cloak and his face is dark. He's maybe changing little by little into the monster who was once his enemy. Disguise Igor as Tuber by pressing "D" key during the game!"
The Arduous Worlds Effect: "You achieved level 50 in the Nightmare mode! You win the Arduous Worlds Key!"
Empty Tuber's pocket Effect: "Tuber, the evil sorcerer, used to have a key..."
Nightmare mode Effect: "You're talented. Very talented... but, are you able to help Igor in the Nightmare mode? This new option has been unblocked!"
Yeah, four of those I finished after beating it twice (2 the first time, 2 the second), and the Arduous Worlds is pretty self-explanatory.
Oh man. I don't know if I'll ever actually finish this game. I get up to the 90s and start dying 2 or 3 times per level. Especially Level 95. That one's a pain
Don't know how you did it, Firedrake, but nice work.
It gets too laggy later on with all the action. I never tried, but is the game made in Flash? Can you right-click and reduce the quality of the graphics?
