I can't play any mode

Hey folks...
I just tried to read through google and through the forum but didn't find anything about my problem.
My problem:
I can't start any mode in this game for days.
Still got this freegame (1 snowflake) and don't know what to do.
My browser: Firefox
Does anyone knows how to solve this prob?

Possibly a Flash issue? Try upgrading to the latest version.

Or more like - uninstall flash and install it again. Sometimes upgrading flash cause problems. If this doesn't help you can send me an e-mail and I can help you further with your problem.

Also try a different browser just for 1 game to see if that's the cause.
