According to this image from zaxarinka.com, you'll need a snow bomb (Unstable Explosives) from the depths of Hell to push you up. Here is more:

jawsdark : Yeah, there it is (hell). You only have to get first the pyramid pass from hell and then beat the raspberry crypt (you can open it with the pass) in nightmare modus. You can enter 4 extra levels after beating raspberry crypt in nightmare modus. If you beat them too, you can get the snow bomb (unlocks unstable explosions). You can do it 10x like joe or stemue to unblock it in the fridge. (or you can put your hand into a lawn mower, it should be the same fun)
