Creation of levels

Le Panthéon ! 1
Tuesday 24 Dec 2013 16:39
NOTICE: These levels cannot be played, they are only to please the eye ;)

This is an idea I got from the French forums.

In this topic you can create the levels of your dreams! :) And the 'coeffs' section is useful for creating levels of greed.

Here's a French tool that can be used to create levels easily: ConcepteurHammerfest (file size: 7MB)

Translations:
Fond --> background
Murs --> walls
Affichage --> display
Glace --> ice
Niveau --> level
Enfers --> hell
Bois et herbe --> wood and grass
Apprentissage --> learning
motifs --> patterns
étiquette --> text

There are two shiny mushrooms as the first one "snaps" better to terrain. The green platforms in the "hell" section" are tests.

To import images:
Create any image you like
Save it as a .bmp file
Any blue (0, 0, 255) will be transparent.

The rule of platforms

Let's start this off with my levels:

Level 0 (dark spikes appear when approached)
Level 1 After killing the enemies
Level 2 (the bombs destroy the platforms with blue marks) After pressing the first button After pressing the second button
Level 3 After using the lever
Level 4
Level 5 After using first lever After using 2nd lever After using third lever, bombing platform and pressing button
Level 6 After lever and button
Level 7 After using lever The "after killing the enemies" level disappeared :( (it had red and orange crystals, and the exit)

Happy level creating!

What I've always wondered: What are those letters in the created levels (R, E, P)?

In terms of simple level creation and design, it would seem that this application would be much easier and quicker to use.
