Is this true that there is undiscovered parallel dimension? Are there any rumors about it? Maybe its bugged (unaccessible) or wasn't put in the game?

Would like to know more about it :)

Maybe they talk about the lv 86 parallel dimension that you can enter only in mirror mode :) but it is not secret. Also MT did not left any of them "hidden" by providing where the dimensions are Here ;)

Because of your question Qspy i decided to play Mirror mode today and i believe i have your answer. Now that i saw it i remembered that there is place you can't enter. Here it is: Level 86.1
btw i got my 20th 107 on 54lvl and 97 on 72lvl
