Hi
I'm a hammerfest.es player, who used to play in 2009-2010. Some days ago, i tried to enter my hammerfest.es account (HammerMan45) but i wasn't able to enter.
So, i've tried to contact motion twin in many ways; i've sent messages to twitter, facebook accounts, i've sent emails, etc., and i still don't get any answer.
That's why i want to know if someone here can provide me with information to contact SOMEONE at motion twin, to help me recover my account.

Sorry, but the chance that someone of the MotionTwin staff will answer is really small. Some of the French guys have some connections up there, but it is still very unlikely that you will be able to recover your account. :(

Ah, great.
So i should try posting in the french forum? Because i've tried so, but i need to play an specific quantity of games to do so, and i still cant (i think i have 10 games or a bit more)

Hi,
I happen to sometime talk to the admins but I'm not sure if they would be able to help you. You did not provided the error message related to your problem but I guess it was an SMTP error. It means that the game cannot send mails.
The only way I see to solve your problem would be to look for your password in the database (if the passwords aren't secured - old times) or reset it (if the password is secured). Now depending on their tools, either they have an interface on the website or they have to do it manually.
I don't know exactly how they coded it, but if they have to do it manually on a server they haven't touched for years, it's unlikely they'll do it. :/

I'd be extremely grateful i you could help me, i haven't received a single answer in weeks so my hopes are very low.
To make it worse, the only spanish speaking worker (Ayame) who helped me once, doesn't work there anymore. fml.
