Raspberry Enemy?

I saw this enemy in a picture, but I've never seen it ingame. Can someone tell me what it does?link

The raspberry enemies can teleport, it is seen in this video. Video

Not only can they teleport, they can also jump levels...thankfully they don't have projectiles, but they are one of the harder enemies in the game to kill.

They're also only found in the hell levels, as far as I know.

They seem obscenely difficult!

Can they be killed/kill you when teleporting?

I want to go try the hell levels now

Yes, when teleporting, if they hit you, you die.

Another reason for me to keep away from the hell levels... at least for now.
