Okay whats up with level 59? I really don't get it. Its a nice relaxing thing... but why is it there? Is there some secret there? Anybody know?

Yeah I'm not sure why they bothered to include that level. Here are some general things to consider for the level though:

1) Be sure to wait around for the items that show up. There's the main powerup and then the item that's just worth points.

2) The letters that spell CRISTAL seem to be disabled here. Letters don't appear and even if you get powerup, letters still don't appear.

3) The only other thing I would suggest is to drop down to level 60 from the right side. I know this doesn't go along with the enemy order or what not, but the trouble I've had in the past is that if you drop down from the left, you tend to be hanging out in a vulnerable area for death as it is the tagada strawberry on the far left has the ball first (and thus will throw the ball first).

I don't see why it would be easier to drop from the right side. If you drop from the left, you'll just end up on the little ledge. Just time a bomb from there and if you're lucky, you'll kill the ennemy directly.

Otherwise, I think level 59 was made for the french version of the game, with the parallel levels.

im come from spain and we have one ampliation and in level 59 there are anything more that we can saw, its a relax level, with object with efect and object for points

Yes, I also played in the Spanish server, which has the expansion that inlcudes the parallel world, and there is nothing else in level 59. As far as I know there is no secret there.

xoturaly the letters don't appear becausein this level don't stay any ennemy. if you see a letter and kill the last ennemy, the letter go out XD

Level 59 has always been empty, with or without parallel dimensions, just hope for something good there.
And as Nobi says, no enemies, no letters, always catch the letters before killing the last ennemy.
