Golden Igor on 51.9? How?

Okay... so here is this Level 51.9 with Golden Igor in it. But I have played it many times and I have never had it there. What do I have to do to 'unlock' it?

I remember that I found that life when I played in the French server.

No, it always appears (at least on the French server, not sure about here). It could just be some sort of glitch.

I don't think they implemented it on this server...OR, if I remember right, you have to get through the previous level without dying...or something like that...I honestly forget.

Actually I was wondering about that the other day.
I've been going through that level a lot recently to unblock the pad and jewel, and most of the time the Igor wasn't there, but sometimes it was.

I have passed the whole dimension without dying several times and I have never seen this Igor. I recently saw this in a movie so I decided to ask here about it.
