Explanation 1: This key 1191

opens PD51. This key 1195

is the "real" old rusty key, which opens PD25. Which one did you get?
Explanation 2: If you get a key the first time, you cannot open the respective door in the same game.

Explanation 3: Open the lock that is not even close to the actual door, instead of trying to "open" the door itself.
