I have found an interesting link that shows which family each quest unlocks:

It is in french and google can't translate it because it is an image, but it is possible to guess at the meaning of most of it.

Why is everyone so intent on not finding out what things do on your own?? Or what quests unlock what on your own, etc etc.

Why? Because its nice to know the tree that it all follows?

Tell me, ever looked at cadomax and used the information you found there?

Of course we are. But we haven't watched 100 videos "how to complete the game" before we started to play it. I started using cadomax after lvl 90.

And it's not like you can choose which items you get next. They appear randomly, so it's still based mostly on luck which quests you finish and how you progress in the tree.

Different people enjoy games in different ways. While I agree figuring things out yourself is fun sometimes (tuber being a good example), there isn't a lot to figure out in terms of what items you are receiving, and I like to know what can/can't appear, and whether an item is a new item for a recently completed quest or a rare item that could have appeared a while ago.

Also, if that is the kind of response I get for being what I consider to be helpful, I don't have any reason to be helpful in this forum again

You can see the rarity of the items in Cadomax.com And as I said earlier - how can someone know things like - what quest you need to complete to be able to get ? You will complete most of quests before you get one of those rare items. Also this is TONS of information - what items after what quest is. There are hundreds of items you know. You may try searching for an answer Here! but if there is none, then I doubt anyone will know them. If you ask for a specific item there is better chance someone answer you.

I think you misunderstood what I said, I was merely explaining why I was interested to know exactly what each quest unlocks, not asking what they unlock - I already know how to find out. I made this thread to share the info because I thought other people would be interested too (though I seem to be wrong about that), but I hadn't seen anything that said which family of items each quest unlocks on these forums, so I posted that I had found a link with this information.

As for your question about how you can identify which quest opens up a particularly rare item, just look at the family it is in and what quest opened that family.

Plain and simple, you either want to know what unlocks what or you don't, can't be both.

And plain and simple, yes, I've used cadomax, to find out which parallel dimensions exist and what they lead to. I've never used it to find out what items exist and how to get them other then coeff 0's, items that are in the same place all the time.

I never wanted to ruin the fun of unlocking items and then finding out for myself which ones would show up after that.
