I always touch the "Back one page" button above the ← button carelessly and I leave the game. The items I got all didn't count but my snowflake disappeared!!!!! It's already the third time!!!

Huh? How do you get there with your fingers if your right hand rests on the arrows and your left on the spacebar?

Tell me what browser you use and I'll tell you how to remove that button before play and put it back again when you are done playing.

I think he meant he keeps pressing it accidentally on the keyboard. Removing the button from the browser wouldn't help.

And I get the same sometimes.

I use Dual Monitor in my pc, and by mistake some keys or function is activate.

Samples:
F5, Ctrl+F5, Backspace, Alt+F4 and others.
Plus all navigations buttons or shortcuts.

I suggest on that cases a auto pause in game and a message box with confirmation to leave HF page. Sure, only when a game is playing.

I think it's maybe fix that issue.

When you're playing the shortcuts work for the Hammerfest application, not for the browser. If you're using some nifty tools that bugs your stuff you can always uninstall/pause/stop them.

I wanted to play a game, and then it said "fatal error, cant download data from "www.hfest.net", and i lost my DO NOT USE SUCH LANGUAGE!snowflake without even getting to get into the game!
I want my back! :@

have you tried to click on Star Game again? Last I got the same too, after gaming. Then I closed browser, deleted cookies, and I want to play again, then it saved me everything

dodeli, you are warned. Do not use such language. Plus you lose a snowflake AFTER the game has loaded and you click on the screen. So if you cannot download data from www.hfest.net you won't be able to "click here to start/you will have a game less". Plus you get one free snowflake every day (if you have played a game the day before), so whining about few cents seems kind of stupid to me.
