Has this quest (look at the title) so he must go at least one golden igor, but how can it be if his best level is 35, and the golden igor is at 51.9

Well, you can find golden Igors since they are coeff. 3 and they can be found after you finish these quests
You don't need to reach level 51.9 or level 84 in order to find them.

You mean I can just find them at any level???
So why do you go to 51.9 for it??? (I saw the level, and it's the HELL!!!)
Anyway, what's the meaning of coeff. I guess it's about the rareness of the item

Yes, every object in the game has a coefficient of rarity. You can find them here.
can be found on every level but they are not so common.
Btw 51.9 is not part of the hell levels, it is just a Temple.

Coeff. 6 are the rarest items in the game (so far I have found only 1 coeff. 6 item, this ).
Nobody, even in the French server, has ever found 10 coeff. 6 items of the same type.

Coeff. 0 are not the most common objects (which are coeff. 1), but they are items which can be found without randomness on some places.
Sometimes the are very difficult to reach.
