On the very first level, drop a bomb and make it explode on the bucket, you will exit using that door.

No, that's the door you come through to enter the level, when you exit the well.

No, he meant that door is where you come from when you skip the first ten levels by exploding the bucket. The secret doorway you take to circumvent the first 10 levels, as one might say.
