My question is Phase, what is that bone looking item that you use as a sig? and where do you get that?

That's the Nightmare Key, which is obtained by getting to level 50 in Nightmare mode (unlocked by beating the game).

Not too hard to get to level 50 in Nightmare, so just do that 10 times and you'll be good to go.

how do you unlock the zodiac bottles in the game?

You unlock the zodiac potions by having all the zodiac figurines, these you unlock with the book of constellations

seeing I got 5 constalation books , but stil missing the mushroom thingy.

Yeah, if only, but it would take some fun away. At least the chance factor levels of better/lesser players to some extent.
And you're only talking off quest related items, some players go for the fridge, and to unlock the bobble (10 times) it's a real feat, let alone those of coefficient 6 (bobble is only 4 or 5)

you are talking about constelation and mushroom book,i only want to get item which gives you extra games,.....but no! i've got only 2games left and the possibility is lower and lower to get that items.... i must start game again soon-because i dont want to pay
