Not necessarily. I reached the pyramid pass and even the N64 controller, and yet my all-time high score is not enough to reach the HoF these days.

But if you just went through all PDs, you would easily get a higher score. I am still not able to reach the PP (okay, I haven't tried for a long time... must have been far more than a month now), but reaching 4-5M is easy for me though. Without Hell (I should get used to going through hell because it gives more points )

Did you finish the game after you get the pass? I think 3m is low score for the and you will get at least 1.5m after that. So 4m+ should be enough.

I think 3m is low score for the 1238
