It happens every time (when you die after a giant crystal appears), therefore it is not a bug. Whether the creators of the game originally intended for it to happen is debatable ... but that's just how it works. The fireball has done this to me numerous times; it just adds salt to the wound.

But one time I falled down before the Bombinos exploded (accidentally, of course) in level 54, and when I respawned I got the giant crystal before it disappears

Yes, that does happen, because the respawn point happened to be right where the giant crystal was falling. So it must respawn you before it wipes the giant crystal, or else it is one of thsoe "same moment" things. But unfortunately, there are very few levels on which this can happen (in fact, 54 is the only one I have ever heard). Mainly because most spawn points are not in the center of the screen.

I actually saw the respawn-into-the-giant-crystal trick on Level 7 today. (How embarrassing, killed by a seed.) That's the first time I've ever noticed it. Probably would have missed it if people hadn't been discussing it here.

i saw a video with igor that trow a bomb on an upper level with a kick...why my bomb doesnt go so high?do i need any quest to do it?

You need to complete a quest for this, yes.
Step 1: Find the Book of Stars
Step 2: Find the 12 Zodiac Constellations ...
Step 3: Find the 12 Zodiac Potions: ...

Then you can do this too.
It might take some time to find the book; it is a very rare item, but this is of course the only way.

Hi i just found PD 63 for the first time and i was wondering are there any secrets there or is it just extra stages?

Just extra stages. For secrets you could use PD62 or 64
