How long does it typically take for the period to reset?
10 - 12 hours.

I think the longest period I've been waiting was 14-15 hours. But usually it takes less than 12.

Can someone help me?

That will be time attack, which is unlocked by first completing PD23 to get , which is a very hard PD.

Then, you need to complete a quest which requires which can take a while.

This unblocks ninjutsu mode, in which you can get for a quest to unlock time attack mode.

To play this mode, you have to complete the quest "As quick as the lightning":

Coef.4 is rare, but not THAT rare to worth dying for. So don't worry. But you should memorize the Coef.5 and 6, because sometimes they worth not only dying, but a whole game .
