I tried this and can confirm it works!!

I got the Tubers bag at level 2 then the purple pearl on level 6 giving me incredible score, Then i could instantly warp to Tuber (If you know the secret code) And kill him with 1 hit.

I prefer to chop the computer in half and shove it into a meat grinder, resulting in a "Fantastique" High Score of over 30 Gaquadrazillion.

1126 : part of the "Vegetables" family, but coeff. 4 - takes a bit of luck, but you can get it.

1059 : part of the "The Cake Boy" family - you need to get 1126 to get this family; then the Éclair is coeff. 3
The Cake Boy items are: 1165 1156 1072 1058 1059 1157 1158

OK, I have to know. I have gotten three of those yellow peppers, do I have to unlock it to get the cake boy family or... what? I am confused.

You have to complete a specific quest to unlock a new family.
