15.12 - the twelfth level after going through the door at level 15
15.12.1 - the first level after going through the door at level 15.12 (The other level numbers like 54.12.1.5 are based on the same system)

And the "1G" means the left portal. when there is just ".1" in that place that means its the right portal or vice versa im not sure
