Basically, the rain would melt you (you would shrink) and when you shrunk below a certain point, you would die. At the end of the level you would be reset to your standard size.
In 2-p mode, that reset would only occur for Igor. Sandy wouldn't get it.
I'm curious if that effect will also lower your speed or jump height like does, or if the "shrinking" effect is just cosmetic till the point where you die
I don't think I've ever had the intended effect of in my whole time playing. I remember a similar discussion on a thread back when the game was popular.
