Then let's make a question :) is there anything that could help find items for quests?

Oh, and I forgot one more thing. In PD3, are those names of hooded Igors (Joekickass etc.) chosen randomly from best players? I don't believe, that a person who didn't know (or maybe did know) the game, chose his nickname exactly like a character..

Completing the quests which are needed to find the items you need :P
And... playing much, using many PDs to play many levels, and so on... Nothing more^^

The names are the names of the players who helped with the translation of the Parallel Dimensions game extension. To honour their work, their names have been put there (billybob is the unlucky one who helped too but didn't get a place there ;) ).
On the french server they used the first few HOFers as far as I know. There was nothing to translate :P So they are not chosen randomly, but from the best players, yes (though... Some of them have not reached the HOF yet^^ DigDog for example reached the HOF later)

If Motion Twin ever want a Brasilian server, just ask me for the translation! =D

(Yes, It's BraSil with an "S", not with a "Z")

Looks like the codes are french. "url" is "lien"; "quite" is "cite", "u" is "s" and "b" is "g" instead. Use the buttons, it is easier ;)
