depends which way you want it, it's in the spanish server but i can't remember under which subject it was talked about, otherwise if i remember rightly it's on the bottom left, you have to jump over the lemon to the left, and apparently it's easier if your computer lags.
And you can ask Nobi or Uchi, at least they have got to the 103, or you can go look in the french
In level 103 there's a lemmon on the left (the one who makes some funny, if you have finished the game you should know what I'm talking about). To reach level 104 I read that you must jump throwing a bomb near the lemmon in order to fall by the left.

Understand? SPANISH people that already played for MONTHS are comming HERE on the ENGLISH server to rob places to US. For what? Pretending to "help us off".
