is from the "Family Motion-Twin Gadgets" (the other 4 are 100

and the green and purple pearls). You need to complete a specific quest in order to start getting those items. If you see one of them then you can see the others. I don't know what quest you need to do, though.

If I remember correctly it is the "Armageddon" quest you have to complete to get these items.

The armageddon quest is not for "Family Motion-Twin Gadgets" but for "Family Massive destruction". I said that earlier.
