I've had my heart set on getting that darn gold coin quest done for ages. Just today I accidentally triggered a portal on lvl 16 and it sent me to a very mario-esque room FILLED with coins!

Only problem is....I don't remember how to trigger the darn thing again D:

To be honest, I've only been getting them in tiny painful little 6-coin chunks every run.

Its been affecting my game play, I admit. I cared more about the quest than the progress, so I haven't gone very far these past weeks.

Caring more about quests then progress is stupid. If you pass 60 levels you will get more items than if you pass 30. So tactically you will have more items therefore more quests. And even if you miss an item the skill you receive will help you next games where you will get more items...

Only if the quest is for a really good reward you should focus on it. (Best Player or Book of Stars anyone?)

Actually, caring more about an achievment than caring about the fun is stupid.
If it is fun for someone to be aiming for a specific quest, what right do you have to call them stupid for it?

TBH, caring more about what rank you are than what you have done to get there is quite stoopid.

Yep like playing a game just for the achievements is not a good idea if you just want to have fun.

I play this game because it is a fun challenge, a kind of hard challenge that I haven't had in a long time.
