There is only one item that actually does not exist (the second one in the second row of your public sheet if i am right).
For all other items you should search some informations here: zaxarinka.com.
Watch out for the Coef. 0 items, they can only be found at special places (look through the level pics). And take a closer look on the quest system and how it unblockes other items.

I am brazilian too , but i am a bit newbie , the last quest i complete is Perseverance and i need 1 more hammer to complete a quest and he never appeared !

I edited the OP so it links to Zaxarinka now. The old files are only available by contacting me, but I guess they are not really needed anymore.

I couldn't find how the items for 2p mirror mode (yellow handmirror) and 2p nightmare mode (star amulet) were obtained.
I'm guessing they're for beating PD 97 in 2p mode and beating the game in 2p mode respectively, but would be nice for confirmation.
Not that I'd probably have much luck with doing that on my own

So, I was wondering how to unlocl certain items, and came here but none of the links work. Now I have no idea if I'm able to complete the divine treats quest.
