But normally you can fall without killing the enemies - with the only disadcvantage that you will die... But there are levels where it is impossible

someone's come up with a theory that you can't collect a book of stars if you've found a book of mushrooms and you haven't yet completed that mushroom quest. My brother got a book of stars and i got a book of mushrooms. I haven't found the stars and he found his book of mushrooms once he'd finished all his quests in the book of stars. What do people think about that?

Nonsense. Sorry, I don't want to blame you; but:
1) I got both of the books before I had my golden mushroom, and my first book was
2) Quests can only block or unblock whole families, and they never interact; so the BoS quest and the BoM quest don't hinder each other in their work.

Interesting idea, but luckily it is wrong The books are very rare, so you two are just missing a bit of luck

On the Spanish server I got both books one game after the other before I had even used my free starting games. Assuming the luck factor is the same, I'd say that's false. I still don't have the crappy mushroom book here though. so annoying.

I got the muchroom book years ago, and still havn't seen a golden mushroom, but completed all three book of stars quests.

I got a purple mushroom! OMGZ I discovered a new ITEM!!!!

Anyway, have yet to find the stupid Green/Gold mushrooms...

IS there a certain quest you have to complete for them> Or is it just pure luck?

For the books? No, they are normal items that can appear everywhere, but they're quite rare. You can be lucky and find them in one of your first games, or, like me, play more than 50 games and still don't get them.

I think those books should be coeff. 7 or something.
