I don't think the video is fake. I would guess two separate games were edited together, though I have no idea why. I don't think it's fake because of a few reasons, including that the video includes an empty level, and falling into 82.0 from above. This would be extremely difficult to fake.

Hmmmmm... could be. I was trying to find the video to see how it goes, but I ended up finding my "Let's play Hammerfest" videos on Metacafe too

You unblock it by getting the snow bomb from hell.

It certainly looks like level 87 is very difficult in unstable explosives mode.

All bombs push him. All other explosions are twice as large.

One of the things unstable explosives does is you always have the

effect, at least when kicking sideways, but not up I think.
