Was there any way I could have won this level? Or was suicide the only option?

Well, it would take a lot of luck, and quite a bit of skill, but you might be able to do something like this.

I think he had already committed suicide in the picture, and he was wandering if he had any other option, so he would be on the right side of the level with blue bombs. It might be possible to diagonally kick up and to the left and kill the cherry by the bomb exploding right next to the wall when the cherry is right next to it, but I'm not sure. It would certainly be difficult, and require quite a bit of luck. But considering he can't kick upwards yet, that wasn't an option, so I can't see any other way it could have been done.

yeah thats a hard one... i had one in pd 13 where the strawberry fell down to a really bad level, where i couldn't get him, even with 5 lives i couldn't kill him. didn't get a screenshot though.

Well, I did commit suicide in that game, and now whenever I go through there I am careful to not let a cherry get down there. Thanks for the advice tho
