Here are some things I found out during play:

If you play in two players mode and you get a new high score or highest level it won't be counted. However every item taken and quest completed will be taken/completed in your profile. Here's the user account I made to test it. As you can see - Tagadas mixer quest is completed. So someone can have and and still have his best level at 80 or 90.

If you have lives sharing mode on and one of the players doesn't have any lives, but the other one have many it WILL NOT! work if the first player falls off the level. He have to die from something and life will be taken from other players' lives pool. But if you fall of, or if an Ananarmagedon knocks you out of the level, you will both end the game (it has happened to me twice so far. It may be just a bug, though).

If there are two strawberries on a level and they are on the EXACTLY same place when the one with the ball throws it at the other one, it will not throw it at the other one, but will throw it at you. So be careful when you try to kill strawberries on a same platform. The angrier they are - the higher the chance is. I will post a video as soon as possible.

You know that when you jump you can kick a bomb so you could go higher and further in your jump? You can do this twice (if you have , or the Constellations quest). Bad quallity video.

Be careful when you take because you can still die. If a lemon juice you on, an apple spit on you, a strawberry play ball with you... . You can only eat the fruits, spikes and razors (the glowing stuff), but you can't eat what they shoot at you.

If you need only one letter and this letter appears on spikes you can take the letter by jumping from below (take it with your head) or if the spikes are on the edge you can take it by jumping or falling next to it. But if you fall on the top of the spikes you will die before you take the letter, so don't do it this way.

I think I can add a bit more info to this:

If you kick a bomb up so that it explodes at it's very highest, the bomb will hit an enemy one level higher than before, but it requires very specific timing. When combined with kicking up twice, it can get enemies a long way above you. For example, on 11.3 (the one with a strawberry, watermelon and tomato) if the tomato is slow to come down, this trick can help it down. Note: when used with white bombs, the enemy will likely just be frozen, and not go far.

Another trick is sometimes it is possible to do a jump to a place just slightly above you, but not quite even though there is a vertical wall directly above you. I'm not sure exactly how this is done unfortunately - as far as I can tell, you need a bit of luck to do it. Anyone following the ask questions thread knows that this can be done to jump from the right side of level 95 to the left, but it can also be used to get back to the left side of 0.2 from just below and to the left of the teleporter. I haven't done it myself there, but I have seen a few videos of it being done.

Another trick that I know doesn't often get an opportunity to use, but can be useful. It is possible to get both the big crystal and an extra life if you pick up the last letter with good timing. Normally, correct timing would be at the same time the enemy falls off the bottom of the screen, but if the last enemy is killed with a black bomb or something else that kills instantly, then the timing is much easier - it also works when done after it has been killed, but before it goes off the screen.

If you have the book of stars, if you do it right, you can lay a bomb, kick it up in the air, quickly jump, and kick the same bomb again even higher up in the air. Useful if you're two levels below the enemy you're trying to hit.

if you have the BoS and want to kill a high enemy, works every time and is quite funny to watch too but in general i avoid them like anyone else.
another cool tip for BoS with the blue bombs: kick a bomb up, then just drop one where you are right away. then your enemy falls two levels, almost guaranteed.

Something odd about the gold 'shroom:

When I got it, not only did it make it so that would appear, but it also gave me the "PERFECT 50000" message (along with it's promised 50k points) and 6 bombs (like if I got a :item5.

I'm not sure about this, because when I get to it I usually have 9+ lives so I can't really tell, but I heard that when you pick up the Ankhel Jewel, it gives you an extra life along with the 70K points. True? False?

True. It gives 70k plus one extra life.

Yes it gives a life too . I had a video of getting 5 lives in 5 levels but I have to find it .
