(Dont think about "bog" unless youre Bulgarian)
One is Rawodog,the other-Ruffodog
The first is missing somefing,the second is a fars.
How can you find out who they really are?

When hearing "god" I instantly think of - not sure if they are right...

And when hearing "Ruffodog" I think of Ruffy/Luffy from One Piece . This hat is "missing" bombs... But what would be the 2nd one then? And how is this hat a god?...

The same way someone who doesn't know french could solve the french riddle. I think you didn't find it in the dictionary, because we use cyrillic, not latin alphabeth. So it is actually "бог" what you should search for.

Use only English in your riddles, please!

A bog is a swamp and a бог is a god. But he explicitely said that we have to use the bulgarian meaning
