Hah it's been a while since I last saw this topic! (see second post, made over a year ago and quoting a line from a year before that, I believe).

i have a question. rare items are found deep in the well. or they appear once you finish some quests and advance?

Yep, you have to finish quests in order to unlock better items that are worth more points or have better effects. And some items are only found in certain places, like the keys. 1191
