GlobzOsiris - one of the most successful players on the french server and apparently the first one to reach the three Hell items (PP, N64 pad, Snow Bomb). So he is something like JoeKickass on the french server (only that there are more similarly good players than here^^)
He's also one of the members of the French Carrotian Council. (Based on the speech bubbles, he's the third from the right -- the member who's talking when the 117

appears.)

i got to the same level again

but what does méoui mean? unblocked? and zax is in the list twice

méoui appears when you try to post an item you have not unblocked yet. So in this case ANS posted the red bomb there to show that Joe has unblocked it, just like the PPs below.

@piet, there are two paths in Hell: one goes to the PP and the other to Joe's cottage. From what I can see, Zax only appears once in each list.
